Your Instructor
Licensed Zumba Instructor, Lorraine Sinclair was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer in 2024 and given 6-12 months to live. She changed her diet and habits and is now cancer free, spreading the joy of healthy habits in a fun way with Zumba.
The Class
Classes are usually just under one hour and currently offered on Saturdays and Sundays. Classes may be offered before, during or after school/work hours for groups at a discounted rate.
